Booking and Cancellation Policy

Service reservations can be made through the contact form or by email.
Once the appointment is confirmed, the client agrees to respect the established schedule.

To cancel or modify a reservation, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or the absence of the client at the agreed appointment, may generate a charge corresponding to 50% of the price of the reserved service , unless there is a justified reason.

AR CREATIVE reserves the right to reschedule a session when necessary, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.
